Airbnb checkout will only add the fee for 1 dog, so we will need to send you the add on for the additional pet. (More than 2 requires approval!) Please no smoking on the entire property. Please no parties or unauthorized events. - as per house rule and Rleigh local short-term rental statutes, no parties are permitted. All guests agree that violation of this statute and house rule will mean immediate removal and incur a $400 fee.
